RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Non-returnable items include those damaged due to misuse, custom or personalized items, and items from clearance sales unless defective.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Products: If any product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but returns may be processed as per our return policy.
Fees: No cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled before shipment. If the order has been processed for shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply to cover handling.
Refunds: For canceled orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days if canceled pre-shipment. For cancellations post-shipment, refunds will be processed after the item is returned, minus any applicable handling charges.
3. Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged within the return window, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned items have been inspected. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping for Returns
Items for return must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned items.
6. Exclusions
Non-returnable products include items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation. For warranty claims related to defects in materials or workmanship, please reach out to our warranty service team.
